About Falcon USD
Falcon USD (USDF) is a synthetic US-dollar stablecoin issued by Falcon Finance, designed as a yield-bearing dollar product backed by a diversified portfolio of crypto and tokenized real-world assets. Users mint USDF by depositing approved collateral and can stake USDF to earn yield generated by the protocol's underlying strategies. USDF is intended to combine the usability of a dollar stablecoin with on-chain access to a managed yield programme.
Falcon Finance manages USDF's backing across a mix of major crypto assets, stablecoins, and tokenized real-world assets, deploying capital through delta-neutral and market-neutral strategies on both centralized exchanges and DeFi protocols. The protocol publishes information about the composition of its reserves and the structure of its yield strategies, and uses risk-management tooling and external custody to limit operational and counterparty exposure.
USDF is integrated into a growing set of DEXs, lending markets, and yield aggregators that support synthetic dollar stablecoins. Falcon Finance also operates governance and incentive programmes that align long-term users with protocol growth, positioning USDF alongside other crypto-native yield-bearing stablecoins in the broader stablecoin landscape.
